These Funding Disclosures explain MaxFunding.io's role, what we do and do not provide, how funding decisions are made, and how compensation may work.

1. MaxFunding.io Is Not a Lender

MaxFunding.io is not a lender, bank, broker-dealer, creditor, underwriter, or funding provider.

MaxFunding.io does not provide loans, lines of credit, merchant cash advances, credit cards, equipment financing, factoring, or any other funding product directly.

Any funding offer, approval, denial, terms, rates, fees, repayment structure, funding amount, timing, or funding decision is made by the independent funding provider, not by MaxFunding.io.

2. Independent Funding Providers Make All Decisions

When you submit information through MaxFunding.io, we may use that information to help connect you with one or more independent funding providers that may fit your business profile and funding need.

Each provider independently determines whether to review your information, contact you, request additional information, offer funding, approve funding, deny funding, or provide specific terms.

MaxFunding.io does not control or guarantee provider decisions.

3. No Guarantee of Funding, Approval, or Terms

Submitting information through MaxFunding.io does not guarantee that you will be approved for funding.

MaxFunding.io does not guarantee:

• funding approval;
• any specific funding amount;
• any specific rate, fee, cost, factor rate, repayment term, repayment structure, or other funding term;
• any specific funding timeline;
• that a provider will contact you;
• that a provider will make an offer;
• that any offer will be suitable for your business;
• or that funding will be available for your business.

Any examples, descriptions, or statements on MaxFunding.io are for general informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, approval, or funding commitment.

4. Funding Options, Costs, and Terms Vary

Business funding products can vary significantly by provider, industry, revenue, time in business, credit profile, cash flow, business activity, documentation, funding amount, intended use of funds, and other factors.

Funding products may include different costs, repayment terms, repayment structures, fees, restrictions, guarantees, collateral requirements, or other obligations.

5. No Obligation to Move Forward

6. No Upfront Fee or Out-of-Pocket Cost to Connect

MaxFunding.io does not charge business owners an upfront fee or out-of-pocket cost to submit information or be connected with potential funding providers through MaxFunding.io.

Independent providers may have their own fees, costs, charges, repayment terms, or other obligations if you choose to move forward with a funding product. Those terms are determined by the provider and should be reviewed carefully before accepting any offer.

7. Referral and Compensation Disclosure

MaxFunding.io may receive compensation, referral fees, marketing fees, commissions, or other compensation from funding providers or related partners when you are connected with a provider, submit additional information, are approved, receive funding, or take other actions with a provider.

This compensation may vary by provider, product, funding amount, or other factors.

MaxFunding.io's potential compensation does not increase the upfront cost you pay to submit information through MaxFunding.io.

8. Credit Checks and Pre-Qualification

MaxFunding.io does not perform a hard credit check to pre-qualify you through our initial connection process.

However, independent funding providers may request your permission to perform credit checks, verify information, review business financials, request bank statements, or perform other underwriting or eligibility reviews as part of their own process.

Any credit check, application review, underwriting process, or funding decision is controlled by the provider, not by MaxFunding.io.

You should review each provider's authorization language, application terms, privacy policy, and funding documents before submitting additional information or agreeing to move forward.

9. Information Sharing With Providers

When you submit information through MaxFunding.io, you authorize MaxFunding.io to use and share your submitted information with independent funding providers, referral partners, service providers, or related parties as needed to help evaluate potential provider fit, facilitate connection, respond to your request, and support the funding connection process.

The use of your information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Once you communicate with or submit information directly to a funding provider, that provider's own privacy policy, terms, and practices may apply.

10. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Accounting Advice

MaxFunding.io does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or business advice.

Any information on MaxFunding.io is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on MaxFunding.io should be interpreted as a representation that any particular provider, product, approval, or funding option will remain available.
